Work where the service department is not the cost centre

Most equipment suppliers treat field service as an expense to be minimised. We treat it as the reason customers stay. That difference shows up in headcount, in van stock, in training budget and in whether anyone argues when you say a job needs a second visit done properly.

What you get

The parts of the offer that are actually different

Health cover and a retirement plan are table stakes; we have those. These are the things people tell us made the difference when they moved.

Manufacturer training, funded

Factory training on the platforms in your territory, plus CBET and CRES certification costs and the study time to prepare.

Tools and van stock that work

Calibrated test equipment issued to you, and a parts stock profiled to your actual territory rather than a national average.

On-call that is rotated fairly

Documented rota, paid standby, and a hard cap on consecutive weeks. Nobody carries the pager permanently.

Health cover from day one

Medical, dental and vision effective on your start date, not after a 90-day wait, with dependent cover subsidised.

Retirement with a real match

401(k) with company matching from the first pay period and immediate vesting on the match.

Backing when you say no

If you red-tag a device or refuse to sign off an install, that decision stands. Nobody is going to lean on you to release it.
