By accessing and using the services of JS Medical Equipment, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

JS Medical Equipment provides:

• Medical equipment sales (new and certified refurbished)
• Professional equipment installation and commissioning
• Preventive maintenance and repair services
• Healthcare staff training programs
• Equipment consultation and planning services

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete facility information
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Use our services only for lawful healthcare purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights

• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

JS Medical Equipment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, government regulations, supply chain disruptions, or natural disasters.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of JS Medical Equipment or our licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual agreements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
